The Maulana here speaks personally over the phone to women who phone him. Sometimes they want to know certain mas’alahs and sometimes they want to explain why their child is not in the madrasah. They will not speak to the Maulana’s wife. Is this proper according to the Shariah?
It is highly improper. The women should convey their message and requests to the Maulana through his wife. They should not speak personally to him nor should he speak to them. Such communication can lead to fitnah.
