A sheikh says that the correct opinion regarding the moon issue is the position which has been adopted by the Fiqh Council of Northern America and the European Council for Fatwa and Research, which is that the new month shall be decided, not by visual sighting, but by astronomical calculations. Is this correct? Please comment in detail.

Briefly, it will suffice to say that both the entities mentioned by you consist of morons – juhala, ghutha and bootlickers of the Yahood and Nasara. These fellows have yet to educate themselves on the masaa-il pertaining to the ritual acts of Tahaarat and Salaat.

They are too stupid to understand anything about ‘fatwa’. Their ‘fatwas’ are the effluvium of their vain desires. About these moron ‘shaikhs’ and stupid ‘scholars’, the Qur’aan Majeed says:

“Then We have established you on a Shariah regarding affairs. Therefore follow it, and do not follow the vain desires of those who know not. (Such as the juhala shaikhs of these bootlicking entities).”
