A SHIAH SUPPORTER SUING MUFTI A.K. HOOSEN FOR R10 MILLION

A Durban resident, one character by the name E.Jadwat who is associated with the pro-Shiah, anti-Sunnah haraam Al-Qalam tabloid, is instituting legal action against Mufti A.K.Hoosen for alleged defamation. The chap who is a non-entity in terms of the Shariah, and a Shiah supporter, claims that for the massive so-called ‘defamation’ he has suffered, Mufti A.K.Hoosen has to pay him R10 million.

The fellow’s lawyer, in the letter of demand states:

“Accordingly, we have been instructed to make the following demands:

24.1 Our client requires payment from you as damages:

24.1.1 for defamation R7.5 million

24.1.2 for injuria R2.5 million

Such sums to be paid to our client within twenty one (21) day of the date of this letter failing which our instructions are to institute legal proceedings in the High Court against you to recover these damages.”

This absolutely ludicrous, stupid and laughable demand of kufr is voluminous testimony for the total jahaalat of the Jadwat character. If he had possessed even a rudimentary understanding of the Shariah of Allah Azza Wa Ja, he would not have demeaned his brains with such a silly demand of kufr. But, when Allah Ta’ala desires to disgrace a man, He creates disequilibrium in the thinking process of the person by casting RIJS on his brains. Thus, the Qur’aan Majeed states regarding this issue of the vermiculation of the Aql:

“And, He (Allah) casts RIJS on those who lack Aql.”

When the Aql is Divinely convoluted with RIJS , then a man will inflict on himself humiliation, making a laughing stock of himself to even children. While this type of shaitaani claim makes ‘sense’ to kuffaar and Shiahs, all true Muslims understand the satanism underlying the haraam demand. When a man who claims to be a ‘prominent’ chap in the community lacks the very basic Islamic knowledge to understand the ludicrousness and the hurmat of this type of claim which has absolutely no validity in the Shariah, then he testifies for his own gross jahaalat and evenkufr.

Jadwat’s shaitaani claim of R10 million stems from the Haqq which Mufti A.K.Hoosen has stated regarding his (Jadwat’s) pro-Shiah stand which Islamically assigns him to the Shiah camp. Shiahs are kuffaar in the unaninous Fatwa of the Ahlus Sunnah Wal Jama’ah. Any man who professes to be a Muslim but who defends Shiahs, sympathizes with Shiahs, or seeks to promote Shiah views, loses his Imaan. He becomes a Murtadd.

Support for the cause of Shi’ism implies hatred for Rasulullah (Sallalahu alayhi wasallam) because Nabi-e-Kareem (Sallallahu alayhi wasalam) said:

“Fear Allah! Fear Allah! Whoever loves my Sahaabah, does so because of love for me, and whoever hates my Sahaabah, does so because he hates me.”

“Honour my Sahaabah, for verily they are the noblest of you.”

A cardinal article of Shiah faith - the pivotal fulcrum on which the Shiah religion revolves is hatred and the vilest animosity for the Sahaabah in general, and in particular for Hadhrat Abu Bakr, Hadhrat Umar, Hadhrat Uthmaan, Aishah Siddiquah and Hadhrat Muaawiyah (Radhiyallahu anhum).

Mufti A.K.Hoosen had laid bare the Shiah facade of Jadwat, and had extensively commented on Jadwat’s Shiah stance in the light of the Shariah. Having exposed Jadwat’s Shiah leanings, he now seeks to extract vengeance by demanding R10 million from Mufti A.K.Hoosen. Perhaps he labours under the misconception of the Muslim community being too dumb or insane so as not to comprehend the stupid notoriety of his stupid shaitaani demand of R10 million.

In the puerile letter of demand, the lawyer makes a host of stupid and frivolous claims to justify the laughable sum of R10 million. The list of ‘defamatory’ flotsam attributed to Mufti A.K.Hoosen by Jadwat further confirms theRIJS which Allah Azza Wa Jal has cast on his Aql.

Insha-Allah, in future articles, after the chap has issued summons, we shall dissect and show the silliness and shaitaaniyat of his allegations. In this article we shall confine ourselves to show that this Jadwat character is a supporter of the Shiahs, and as such loses his Imaan. In this regard, we reproduce, two of Jadwat’s letters which demonstrate his support for the Shiah religion. In these two letters, he defends the Shiah zina practice of Mu’tah, the Shiah priest, Khomeini, and he seeks to clear the Shiah from their veneration of Lu’lu, the murderer of Hadhrat Umar (Radhiyallahu ahu). If Jadwat is not a Shiah or a Shiah sympathizer, what business does he have with defending the Shiahs and labouring abortively to exonerate them from the charges which the Ahus Sunnah have levelled against Shi’ism for more than 12 centuries? Just what is Jadwat’s concern and why does he take umbrage when the Ulama of the Ahlus Sunnah condemn the Shiah kuffaar?

Is only Jadwat right, and the innumerable thousands of Ulama of the Ahlus Sunnah down the long corridor of Islam’s history are in grievous error for their condemnation of the Shiah religion? From which planet does Jadwat hail to qualify him to speak with any authority on issues of Shar’i import? When the authorities of the Shariah have proclaimed Shiahs as kuffaar, on what Shar’i basis does this non-entity Jadwat refute the Fatwa of the Shariah? What are Jadwat’s Shar’i credentials which permit him to voice himself on issues of Fiqh and Aqaaid?

Being the boss of Ideal Outfitters may qualify him to trade in kuffaar styled garments. Being a member of IPC which itsef is a non-entity in terms of Shar’i Uloom, does not qualify Jadwat to voice himself on Shariah issues. He states that he is linked to the MYM. This in fact is a confession of his Shiah status. The MYM with its haraam tabloid, Al-Qalam, are avowed supporters and promoters of Shi’ism. Just recently, this haraam shaitaani tabloid carried an article in defence of Shiahs and their temple complex in Cape Town. That these entities are promoters and supporters of the Shiahs, there is no doubt.

A Muslim cannot remain a Muslim if he supports any facet of Shi’ism. But Jadwat and his friend, one Timol character, are at pains in their abortive labour to bestow respectability, dignity and legality to the Shiah Mut’ah prostitution practice. On this score alone, it will be valid to excommunicate these promoters and defenders of Shiah mut’ah.

In his letter, Jadwat seeks to justify the Shiah Mut’ah practice by analogizing it with alleged prostitution perpetrated by the Saudis. The practices of the miscreant Saudis do not constitute daleel in Islam. In fact, the recent kufr upheavals in Saudi Arabia has placed that unfortunate miserable regime with its kufr on the Road of Jahannam.

Highlighting Shiah kufr by the Ulama of the Ahlus Sunnah cannot be decried if the Saudis are not criticized. These are two separate topics. If the Saudis are not condemned, it does not logically follow that Shiah mut’ah is halaal and that it is not prostitution. The fundamnetal question is: Why does a professed Sunni defend the Shiahs?Every true Muslim who loves Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) and his Sahaabah, will understand that such a defender of Shiahs is a Shiah. His kufr lies deeply embedded in his heart. His Shiah support conspicuously betrays his Shi’ism and exposes what conceals in the heart. Insha-Allah, more shall follow.

The following are two of Jadwat’s letters.

Dawood Timol, As-salaamu-alaikum Thanks for email. Mutah is one of the weapons they use to discredit Shias. At IPCI we had many visitors from Saudi Arabia who wanted sex via a concocted term for a temporary liaison. Also thousands of Sunni Arabs go to India and conduct these temporary marriages. Wslm

His letter to Mufti A.K.Hoosen

From: zohrar Sent: Wednesday, July 5, 2024 12:54 PM

To: [email protected] Dear respected Mufti A.K. Hoosen,

In response to your email of 19th June, and specifically to answer your Question as to why there was no Sunni Masjid in Tehran, I list below some of the Sunni Masajids in Tehran that I am aware of (there could well be others that I am not aware of):

1- Sadeghiyeh mosque, located in the Second Square Sadeghiyeh
2- TehranPars Mosque, Located in Dellavaran St
3- Shahre Qods mosque, located 20 km Karaj old road
4- Khalij-e-Fars(Persian Gulf)mosque, located
5- Alnby mosque, located in the Town of Danesh
6- Haft’joub mosque, located in Malard
7- Vahidiyeh mosque, located in Shahriyar
8- Nasim Shahr mosque, located in Akbar Abad
9- Razi Abad mosque, located in Se’rah Shahriyar

With respect, do our ulema really look for a Sunni Masjid or assume that there is none in Teheran, and make Fitna by giving out incorrect information. I wonder how many of them are really interested in locating Sunni Masjids or rather want to confirm their preconceived notions.

To the best of my knowledge, all the Pro-Saudi Gang of Four (Saudi Arabia, Egypt, UAE, Bahrain) especially the Indo Pakistani Ulema have been making these false allegation and thus creating division within the ummah. Is it not time that we ask acknowledge the reality and speak the truth about Teheran and its Sunni mosques? Islam is very strong of the consequences of peddling misinformation and I am sure that none of the ulema want to fall into that trp.

2- Imam Khomeini’s Book is known as Tahrir Al Wasilah, not Tawdehul Masail. Did you read the book in Pharsee or in English, and can you please cite the page / version that you are referring to as the original, to the best of my knowedge. does not make any statement condoning prostitution. This is a serious allegation and clarity would be appreciated for my own understanding.

3- Or are you referring to The book which is known as Tahrirolvasyleh in Persian. It has been published under the title Kitab al-Fiqh, and the website of Ayatollah Muhammad Fazel Lankarani has listed the book under the title Tafsil-al-Shariah.

4- With regards to the Shrine supposedly dedicated to the killer of Hazrat Umar (RA), Mohammed Salim al-Awa, secretary general of the International Union of Muslim Scholars who visited the site told Al Arabiya that the “the tomb is for an old Sufi person in Iran, and the Iranian authorities have closed it.” Are you sure that this is the shrine you visited?

PS. One other point *While I acknowledge that you the learned one, and know the Qur’an better than I do, way nowhere in the Quran are Jews referred to as Kafirs; rather, they are referred to as “People of the Book”. Again, if you can provide the verse it would be appreciated for my own understanding.

I really want to thank you for setting aside time for my queries. Learning is a lifelong process and I have benefited enormously through these exchanges. Do keep up the good work you are doing in South America. Wslm Ebrahim Jadwat

(End of Jadwat’s letter)

There is a clear percolation of Shiah support in both letters. In an earlier article, all the flotsam points raised by Jadwat in his letter have been debunked.
