THE HARAAM, BID’AH, SHAITAANI ANNIVERSARY CELEBRATION OF THE JAMIATUL ULAMA HIND

Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said:

“A time will soon dawn when the worst of the people under the canopy of the sky will be their ulama. From then will emerge fitnah, and the fitnah will rebound on them.”

“The Saalihoon will depart (from the world) one after the Other (in quick succession). Then there will remain only Scum(rubbish/flotsam) such as the rubbish of barley or Dates. Allah will have no care whatever for them.”

Very recently, the Jamiatul Ulama Hind (of India) had staged its haraam, bid’ah, wasteful, shaitaani 100 year birthday celebration party. From beginning to end, it was a haraam satanic event conducted treacherously in the name of the Deen. These molvis and shaikhs are indeed, according to the Hadith, the worst rubbish and scum under the canopy of the sky.

We reproduce here the lament of a layman Brother who has apprized us of this evil function organized by the ulama-e-soo’ who are the ringleaders in the plot to undermine and destroy Islam.

THE BROTHER’S LAMENT

(Reproduced verbatim)

A birthday celebration of 100 years of the Jamiat Ulema Hind took place over 4 days in Pakistan last week.

The website of the Jamiat Pakistan who co-ordinated the event is full of pictures of faces. (http://juipak.org.pk)

It was billed as follows in the press

JUI 100 Years Anniversary (Ijtima) at Azakhel Nowshera KPK

JUI 100 Years Anniversary in Azakhel Nowshera will start on the Friday, April 7th, 2017. Jamiat e Ulama e Islam is celebrating it existence of hundreds years. JUI sees its roots to Politically active Deobandi who formed Jamiat Ulema-e-Hind (JUH) in 1917 during the British rule. After the independence of Pakistan and India JIU has been divided into groups. The largest group is called Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam (Fazal ul Rehman Group) of JUI-F. The said 100 year celebration is being organized under the JUIF. Whose Ameer is Maulana Fazal ul Rehman.
According to JUIF sources The Imam-e-Kaabah Sheikh Abdul Rahman Al-Sudais, Darul Uloom Deoband’s (India) administrator Abul Qasim Nomani, Jamiat Ulema Hind President Maulana Syed Arshad Madni and secretary general Maulana Syed Mehmood Asad Madani are among the prominent international guests who are attending the event.

Saudi minister for religious affairs has been also invited. While notable personalities from Bangladesh, Nepal, Bharat, South (Janoobi) Africa and America (USA) has been also invited.

Special address of Hazrat Maulana Fazal ul Rehman will be held. A documentary video / film (movie) has been made for participants to watch.

Notwithstanding the sinful innovation or bidah of a birthday or annual or 100 year celebration which is foreign to Islam, to the Sahaba Ikraam and to our beloved Rasulula sallalahu alaihi was sallam, many more sins took place at this mass gathering of hundreds of thousands or a few millions as has been reported. Yet our Ulema have seen fit to attend this event.

1. Istikhfaaf: Taking a sin or haraam as not a sin and passing away in this condition thereby never making tawba for that sin. At a minimum having to stand 50 000 years in the scorching, blazing heat of Qiyamat to answer and account to Allah TaAllah for not having made tawba, and of having misled others as well. Allahu Akbar. Even a poor, insignificant non entity person who was not given pomp and fame in this world like the Ulema who stand in front of millions on the tv stage will be better off on that day if they feared and obeyed Allah TaAllah and abstained from what these so called Ulema do in sin.

2. Misleading the Muslim public and leading them to hell. In a hadeeth it is reported

Jareer reported: The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “Whoever institutes a good practice in Islam will have its reward and the reward of whoever acts upon it without detracting from their rewards in the slightest, and whoever institutes an evil practice in Islam will have its sin and the sin of those who act upon it without detracting from their sins in the slightest .Source: Ṣaḥīḥ Muslim 1017

3. Israaf of the ummats money, in a poverty stricken country of Pakistaan and the entire world. So- called Ulema, Arab Ulema, the Imam of the Haram, the minister of Religious affairs of Saudi Arabia, the house of salafsism, whabism and pro-westernism and pro-zionsism have been invited as honorary guests.

So-called Ulema from even South Africa have squandered the wealth given by Allah TaAllah to celebrate this 100 year mass gathering of sin. Millions of Rands or croros Rupees would have been wasted in this sinful gathering. How will the Ulema who initiated this event answer to Allah TaAllah on the fearful day of Qiyamat. May Allah TaAllah save us on that day.

4. TV and acting on TV from the stage in the form of “Islamic Bayans’ is taking place. Our Ulema-e-Haq regard TV and all forms of photography as haraam but the Ulema who have studied in our Darul Ulooms disrespect the sharia and their Asaatizah by appearing on TV and indulging in what is haraam. Yet they have no shar’i proof, but can only refer to name calling, giving reference to the likes of Taqi Uthmaani and ‘Arab” scholars as their proof of permissibility of haraam.

5. Innovation or bidah which is misguidance and all misguidance leads to hell, have been forgotten by these so called Ulema, They have become blinded to truth. If only it is so lamentable these so called Ulema would think that never were greater days in Islam celebrated by our beloved Rasulula salllahu alaihi wa sallam or his beloved sahaba ikraam radiulaahu annum alma’ den. By way of example the following days which are far greater than this 100 year celebration of Jamiat Ulama Hind were never celebrated.

5.1. Fathe Mecca. Who can ever deny that this great day is not superior to a 100 year celebration of mass innovation of the jalsa of 100 years of Ulema e Hind.

5.2. The birth or our believed beloved Rasulula salllahu alaihi wa sallam or his beloved sahaba ikraam radiyallahu annum ajmaeen. Who can ever deny that these great days are not superior to a 100 year celebration of mass innovation of the jalsa of 100 years of Ulema e Hind.

5.3. The entering into Islam of great sahaba ikraam. Where it is an undisputed fact that one sahabi of our beloved Rasulula salllahu alaihi wa sallam is greater than every Aalim that came after including all of the Ulema e Hind. Yet we do not celebrate any days of these great and beloved sahaba ikraam.

5.4. The various conquests of Badr, Khandaq, conquering of Palestine etc are all far superior than the 100 years of Ulema e Hind. Who can deny that these days are not greater.

Yet Islam prohibits us from any of these celebrations.

Sadly even Ulema from Deoband Institute, perhaps due to financial funding of the Saudi paymasters have even joined in these celebrations. It is well known that a video tour featuring the Imam of the Haram arriving and touring the Institute of Deoband is on Youtube to watch of all to see. Yet Deoband Institute says that digital tv and photography is haraam. Is this not hypocritical, saying something is haraam but actually participating in the same haraam?

I quote below from some of the Mujlisul Ulama’s past advices as well as some hadeeth

THE ULAMA-E-SOO’ (EVIL ULAMA WHO LEAD THE MASSES TO HELL-FIRE)
The ulama-e-dhalal. . . the ulama-e-soo’ are those who lack the ability to distinguish between right and left; between haqq and bati, hence they are like those who gather firewood in an excessively dark night. They know not on what their hands fall. They suffer from oblique vision.
Thus they say that pictures of living beings and animals are permissible whereas Rasulullah (sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said that these are haraam. They say that music is permissible, but Rasulullah (sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said that it is haraam. They say that the keeping of a beard is not obligatory, but Rasulullah (sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said that it is compulsory. They say that the recital of Tasmiah when slaughtering is unnecessary, but the Qur’an decrees it essential. They say that the intermingling of sexes is permissible, but the Qur’an prohibits it. They say that Imam Mehdi (alayhis salam) is a myth, but Rasulullah (sallallahu alayhi wasallam) categorically asserted his reality.
They are the ulama-e-soo who sap the blood of the Deen. They are those about whom Nabi-e-Kareem (sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said:

“Leaders who lead astray…”

“They are astray and lead (others) astray.”

Is the Truth (Haqq) Determined by the Majority?

“Verily, Allah is Most beneficent to people, but most people are ungrateful.”

(Al-Baqarah, Aayat 243)

“If you follow the majority on earth, they will mislead you from the Path of Allah.”

(Al-An’aam, Aayat 116)

“Say: Verily, its knowledge is only by Allah, but the majority of mankind does not know.”

(Al-A’raaf, Aayat 187)

“Verily, the Haqq (Truth) is from your Rabb, but the majority does not believe.”

(Hood, Aayat 17)

“This is the established Deen, but the majority of people does not know.”

(Yoosuf, Aayat 40)

“Verily, the majority of you is faasiqoon (flagrant transgressors).”

(Al-Maaidah, Aayat 59)

“Verily, we have brought to you the Haqq, but most of you detest the Haqq.”

(Az-Zukhruf, Aayat 78)
In Islam, the majority is not the criterion of Haqq. The criterion is the Shariah even if it is upheld by one person while the entire community is opposed to the solitary upholder of the Shariah. The majority has always been kuffaar, fussaaq and fujjaar and juhala.
Hadhrat Ibn Mas’ood (radhiyallahu anhu) said to ‘Amr ibn Maymoon:
“The jamaa’ah are those who are in accordance with the truth (of the Deen), even if you are on your own”

Hadrat ‘Abdullah bin ‘Amrra narrates that the Holy Prophetsaw said:

‘My ummah (followers) will face the same conditions as the Children of Israel have faced. The similarity will be so complete that it is like one shoe of a pair resembling the other. If someone among the Children of Israel had committed adultery with his mother, there will also be a wretched one in my ummah (followers) to do the same. The Children of Israel were divided into seventy-two sects, but my ummah (followers) will be divided into seventy-three. All will be hell-bound except one.’ The Companions asked which sect this would be. The Holy Prophetsaw answered: ‘The sect that will follow me and my Companions.’ Tirmidhi

Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said:

“In the latter days the devout ones (Sufis) will be ignorant and the Ulama immoral”

Abu Hurayrah said:
“Rasulullah (sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said: “Islam began as something strange (and forlorn) and will revert to being strange (and forlorn) as it began, so give glad tidings to the strangers.” [Sahih Muslim no:145]
Imaam Nawawi quoted al-Qaadi ‘Iyaadh as saying concerning the meaning of this Hadeeth:
“Islam began among a few individuals, then it spread and prevailed, then it will reduce in numbers until there are only a few left, as it was in the beginning.”
Al-Sindi said in Haashiyaat Ibn Maajah:
“Strange” refers to the small number of its adherents. The basic meaning of ghareeb (a stranger) is a person who is far from one’s homeland. “And will revert to being strange” refers to the small number of those who will adhere to its teachings even though its followers are numerous. “So give glad tidings to the strangers” means those who follow its commands.“Tooba (glad tidings)” has been interpreted as meaning Jannat or a great tree of splendour in Jannat. This shows that supporting Islam and following its commands may require leaving one’s homeland and patiently bearing the difficulties of being a stranger, as was the case in the beginning.”
Variant Narrations Describing the Qualities of the “Ghurabaa”
The hadith regarding the blessed Ghurabaa when Islam becomes a lone, forlorn and strange concept, comes through variant narrations describing a number of qualities of the Ghurabaa. They are:

(1) “…they are those who rectify/correct when people become corrupt.”

(2) “…they are those who grow more (in faith) when people decrease in faith.”

(3) “…[they are] the forsakers of kindred (for the Sake of Allah).”

(4) “…[they are] a few righteous people among many people; those who oppose them are more than those who follow them.”

(5) “…they are those who revive my Sunnah and teach it to people.”

6) “…[they are those] who correct what people have distorted after me in my Sunnah

Hadith:
“There will ever remain a small group from my Ummah who will fight on the Haqq until the arrival of the Command of Allah (i.e. Qiyaamah). Those who oppose them and who do not aid them, will not be able to harm them.”

Abstention from Amr Bil Ma’roof Nahy anil Munkar without valid reason is mudaahanat (hypocrisy) which causes the abstainers to acquiesce with the flagrant transgressors, thus displaying flagrant disregard for the prohibitions of Allah Ta’ala, they too are guilty of major sins, hence the universal punishment which befalls even the silent Ulama and Sulaha is justified despite their sincerity and acts of virtue. Allah Ta’ala abhors mudaahanat.
In Sharhus Sunnah, Imaam Baghawi (rahmatullah alayh) narrated a Hadith from Hadhrat Abdullah Ibn Mas’ood (radhiyallahu anhu) and Hadhrat Aishah Siddeeqah (radhiyallahu anha) in which Rasulullah (sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said that Allah Ta’ala will not inflict His punishment on the entire community on account of the sins of a few. However, when the sins become prevalent and are flagrantly committed, and people despite having the ability do not prevent the transgression, then Allah’s punishment will engulf the whole community.
Rasulullah (sallallahu alayhi wasallam) also said that when Amr Bil Ma’roof Nahy Anil Munkar is abandoned, then Allah Ta’ala will appoint such tyrants over us who will neither respect our seniors nor show mercy to our little ones. When such calamities befall us, the pious in the community will supplicate to Allah Ta’ala, but their duas will not be answered. That is because they had all acquiesced with the flagrant transgressors in the perpetration of their sins.
For the Ulama to abstain from sin and transgression is not enough. It is their Waajib obligation to guide and admonish the Muslim community, and to the best of their ability to prevent Muslims from wanton disobedience.

Our beloved Rasulullah sallallahu alayhi wasallam is reported to have said

‘There will be nothing left of knowledge. People will make the ignorant their leaders and will seek guidance from them in matters of religion. These leaders will issue fatwas (edict) without any knowledge. They will themselves be misguided and will lead others astray’. Mishkat

Our beloved Rasulullah sallallahu alayhi wasallam is reported to have said:

‘A time will come in the near future when there will be nothing left of Islam except its name. And there will be nothing left of the Holy Qur’an except its words, [meaning the Holy Qur’an would not be understood and followed]. The mosques of this age will apparently be full of people, but will be empty of righteousness. The ulema (religious scholars) will be the worst creatures under the heaven. Discord will rise from them and will come right to them’. [That is, these religious scholars will be the source of all evils.]
